Purchase measurement & privacy

We use the email address and mobile number you provide to process your Cashfree payment and deliver your PDF ebook. Payment and delivery records are kept privately for order support and reconciliation.

Current Cashfree payment-form checkout

After Cashfree confirms a new paid order, InvestorVault sends Meta a Purchase event containing the ebook price and currency, an order event reference and a SHA-256 hash of the checkout email address. Meta can use the hash to match the purchase for advertising measurement and optimization. Hashing does not make this data anonymous. No extra buyer confirmation or measurement checkbox is required in this hosted-form flow. We do not send payment credentials, card details or bank details. The hosted form does not provide the website’s browser advertising identifiers, so ad attribution may be incomplete. Past delivered orders are not backfilled.

Separate website checkout (currently inactive)

The purchase-measurement checkbox is optional and starts off. If you choose it, after Cashfree confirms payment we send Meta a Purchase event with the ebook’s price and currency, a unique order event reference, hashed email and mobile number, browser information and permitted ad identifiers. Hashing supports matching; it does not make the data anonymous. Meta uses this information for advertising measurement and optimization under its Business Tools Terms.

Leaving the checkbox off does not affect checkout, price or ebook delivery. Your browser’s Global Privacy Control keeps this purchase measurement off. Website analytics and advertising cookies have separate choices on the handbook page.

On the payment-status page, use “Turn off future purchase measurement” to revoke permission for purchase events that have not yet been sent. Events already sent cannot be recalled by that button. The handbook’s Cookie preferences also turns off future purchase measurement for the recent order in the same browser session.

We do not send your card details, bank balances, investment holdings or payment credentials to Meta. Cashfree handles the payment details on its own secure checkout.
